The property has had a solar array recently installed as the primary power source. An attached, enclosed and insulated Generator storage area off the back houses the 2019 15 KW Kohler Auto start Diesel Generator and 500 gals. of fuel storage. The generator provides the 48 Volt battery bank and 10,000 Watt 220 Volt inverter with fully automated charging power on demand. The onsite drilled well has been tested annually and provides 29 gallons per minute of water. A truly awesome property for outdoor enjoyment.
